Rizza Saquilayan

Rizza joined Wellington-Altus in July 2022 and is based in Winnipeg, MB. She is an Insurance Administrator with a passion to continue to grow and gain knowledge and is excited to learn from her mentors and colleagues in the Advanced Wealth Planning Group.

Working alongside her mentor Connie Gale, Associate Vice-President of Wellington-Altus Insurance Inc., she values this opportunity to gain experience in her field. Throughout her time in university, Rizza worked in the insurance industry and as a graduate is working toward gaining practical experience and building lasting relationships at Wellington-Altus.

Rizza graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. She plans to be licensed in the future to further establish her career and is always striving for higher education in the insurance sector.

Outside of work, she loves to play the piano, read, and cook, and having been in Canada for over 15 years, she continues to lean into her Canadian roots, and can be found at The Forks in the winter practicing ice skating.
