Jennifer Mullen-Bérubé

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with a primary focus on progressive leadership. Jennifer has executive depth and breadth in many business areas, including operations, information technology, digital B2C and internal automation, data governance and enablement governance, strategy, marketing, human resources, risk, compliance, and facilities.

Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Jennifer served as Chief Brand & Innovation Officer for Assiniboine Credit Union; Director, Regional Sales for CUMIS; COO for Wellington West Capital Inc.; and VP, Corporate Development for Steinbach Credit Union. Jennifer sits on the boards of Manitoba Blue Cross and Canadian Association Blue Cross Plans.

Jennifer has completed the ICD.D program, an MBA, Chief Executive Designation and previously received her Project Management Professional and Certificate in Management designations. She has also participated in advanced leadership and management training at Queen’s School of Business, Cornell University, Darden University and Wharton School of Business. Throughout her career, Jennifer has participated in national committees to deliver digital transformation, data governance frameworks, cybersecurity frameworks, and key technical solutions.
