Our Mission

To create and promote a culture and community for all women at Wellington-Altus. We will empower, elevate, and encourage the Women of Wellington to achieve personal and professional success through this initiative.

Our Vision

To create a professional environment at Wellington-Altus that will attract and retain female advisors and financial leaders who shape and lead the wealth industry.

Through this program we will showcase our passion, experience, and expertise to inspire, educate and celebrate women and their accomplishments through a series of events and connections.

Women of Wellington Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program values the insight, experience, and ambition of women at our firm. The program will pair applicants with an advisor, leader, or associate with a goal to create a safe place to share personal and professional goals and encourage growth.

Sponsorship Program

Creating space for women to explore advisor roles and potential team building opportunities.

Our Sponsorship program invites advisors that are early in their career to join a team. Unlike programs at bank-owned firms, we make this investment (not the advisor).

Women of Wellington Webinar Series

As our industry changes and evolves, our goal is to stay relevant and lead the way. Our Women of Wellington internal webinar series spotlights our advisors and leaders as they discuss current realities, business developments, ideas, and wealth.

Women of Wellington Talk – Be a Part of the Conversation

This series connects you virtually with your peers by forming a small cohort to share ideas, as well as experiences from both a personal and professional perspective. This is a time to interact with professional women, seasoned leaders, and subject matter experts and share experiences and stories.
