His background includes serving as Director & Assistant Market Leader at one of Canada’s largest private wealth firms, where he successfully led a diverse team of advisors, managed business planning and resource allocation, and spearheaded recruitment and strategic initiatives.

Prior to this role, Aaron excelled as a Regional Manager, Sales at iA Clarington Investments, overseeing a broad territory spanning four provinces. During his tenure, he cultivated strong client relationships and focused on building high-performing teams while fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver measurable results.
