Andrea Hazlewood is an accomplished leader with over sixteen years of experience in wealth management, specializing in driving cross-functional initiatives and strategic programs.
Andrea comes to Wellington-Altus from Richardson Wealth with extensive experience in Advisor Services, Training & Development, National Sales and most recently as Vice-President, Advisor Experience and Growth. Andrea oversees our Transition Team that welcomes new Advisor teams to our company along with our Senior Regional Business Administration Managers (SRBAMs) and Business Administrators (BAs) across Canada. She also coordinates the execution of strategic initiatives and change management in the various regions across the country.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Waterloo and has completed various professional development programs, including leadership and change management training.
