Andrew Marsh

An entrepreneurial executive and industry veteran, Andrew has more than 30 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of creating shareholder value with strategic vision and strong client-focused execution. Andrew’s distinguished career includes working as an Equity Research Analyst, Investment Advisor, and Branch Manager. In 2004, Andrew co-founded Richardson Wealth (formerly GMP Private Client and Richardson GMP) and held the role of President and Chief Executive Officer for 11 years before retiring from the firm in 2021.

In addition to being a Board member with Wellington-Altus, Andrew is currently Vice-Chairman at Dynasty Financial Partners. Andrew gives back to the industry as an “Executive in Residence” for the Investment Professional Leadership Program, a joint venture between the Investment Industry Association of Canada and the Ivey School of Business. A graduate of the University of Guelph, Andrew remains heavily involved with his alma mater as an active mentor and contributor to the University of Guelph’s School of Business.
