Bill Frayer

Bill is a Partner at Kelso & Company where he focuses on investments Financial Services and Business Services. In addition to Wellington-Altus, Bill is currently a director of Savant, Eagle Foods, Ferraro Foods, Inovar, and Novvia Group. He is also active in the Firm’s investments in Pathstone and Premia Re. He was a past director of EACOM Timber. He also was active in the Firm’s past investments in Newport Group, Cronos, PowerTeam Services and Third Point Re.

Prior to joining Kelso in 2011, Bill worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs. Bill earned a BA in economics from Colgate University, graduating summa cum laude, and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
