David Wilson

With more than 25 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, Dave serves as Senior Vice-President, Advisor Efficiency and leads the onboarding of new Advisor teams, providing them with wise counsel and setting them up for success.

Dave joined Wellington-Altus in 2018 and served as Senior Vice-President, Operations before taking on his current role in 2024. He has previous experience in business development at Cardinal Capital Management Inc., and in sales leadership at AGF Management Ltd., Invesco Ltd. and IQON.

Dave has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Winnipeg and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba.
