Kim Shilton

An experienced compliance professional with 20 years’ industry experience, Kim serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Wellington-Altus Private Wealth and Wellington-Altus Private Counsel. Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Kim served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Scotia Capital’s retail divisions.  She is responsible for the overall leadership of the firm’s compliance team and strategy, which she believes should be founded on practical solutions anchored in an understanding of the goals and needs of both clients and advisors alike. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University at Kingston, and the CIM designation.
