Pat Clunie

Pat brings a wealth of experience and is known for driving HR strategies that accelerate business performance. She has successfully led large initiatives in various highly regulated industries. Pat is known for her strong business acumen and her ability to aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives.

A trusted advisor to executive teams, Pat brings a data-driven and people-based approach to leadership. Her expertise spans across many aspects of human resources. She is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and future-ready organizations and she partners with senior leaders to improve operational resilience, engagement and drive meaningful change.

Outside of the office, Pat is dedicated to supporting her community and profession having volunteered for the United Way of Winnipeg, the Canadian and Pension Benefits Institute and CPHR Manitoba. Pat holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). She has completed advanced training in Organizational Development through the NTL Institute and has previously held the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations.
