Suniel Peirson

Marko is a Wealth Planner at Wellington-Altus, where he partners with Suniel is a Wealth Planner based in Winnipeg, MB, working with portfolio managers and advisors across Canada. He brings a collaborative and client-focused approach, helping clients align their financial decisions with their long-term goals.

Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Suniel began his career in banking before transitioning to a wealth planning role with a portfolio management firm, There, he worked closely with senior wealth advisors to develop financial plans and projections for high-net-worth clients.

Over time, Suniel developed a particular interest in the behavioural aspects of planning and how individual goals, experiences, and emotions influence financial decisions. He incorporates this perspective into his work to help clients remain focused on what matters most to them.

Suniel graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Outside of work, Suniel enjoys saying active. Whether it’s at the gym, biking, running, swimming, or trying something new, he always makes time to get outside and keep moving.
