Marcus Basara is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM^MD) at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. Marcus works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals to help them grow, protect, and better understand their wealth, going beyond traditional portfolio management to address the broader financial picture.

Marcus takes a collaborative, client-aligned approach—acting as a strategic partner to bring structure to complex financial lives and support clear, confident decision-making. Marcus completed his Finance degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where he played NCAA Division 1 hockey. Born and raised in Vancouver, Marcus now calls Kelowna home and enjoys everything the Okanagan lifestyle has to offer.
